Karim Benzema could sign a three-season contract with the Al-Ittihad Jeddah sports club.

Saudi press reports indicated that there are ongoing negotiations from the Saudi club Al-Ittihad Jeddah, to contract with French Karim Benzema, the former Real Madrid striker, during the next summer transfer period after his departure from Real Madrid.

And according to what was reported by the Saudi Al-Ekhbariya channel, Al-Ittihad club president Anmar Al-Haili and his deputy Ahmed Kaaki are in the Spanish capital, Madrid, to officially sign with Frenchman Karim Benzema in a record transfer from Real Madrid.

Karim Benzema was born on December 19, 1987, in Lyon, France. He began his football career at a young age and joined the youth academy of Olympique Lyonnais in 1996.

Benzema made his professional debut for Lyon in January 2005 at the age of 17. He quickly established himself as one of the most promising young talents in French football and helped Lyon win four consecutive Ligue 1 titles from 2006 to 2009.

In July 2009, Benzema signed for Real Madrid for a reported fee of €35 million. He made an immediate impact at the club, scoring on his debut and finishing his first season with 26 goals in all competitions.

Benzema has since become a key player for Real Madrid, winning numerous trophies with the club including four UEFA Champions League titles and two La Liga titles. He has also been named to the UEFA Team of the Year three times and is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in world football.

Off the field, Benzema has been involved in several controversies throughout his career, including allegations of involvement in a blackmail scandal and criticism for his performances with the French national team. Despite this, he remains a highly respected player and a fan favorite at Real Madrid.
